# Methodology

- EMS list rates were re-read from the Japan Post HTML table on 2026-10-15, through 30 kg for all five zones. The same page says zones 3 and 4 include a tentative extra charge. The published amounts already include it.
- Air, SAL, and surface small-packet rates, and air, SAL, and surface parcel rates, were re-read the same day from the Japan Post zone pages.
- EMS zones for the stored countries were re-read from the Japan Post EMS country list on 2026-10-15. Each stored country is named there.
- Buyee, ZenMarket, Neokyo, and Tenso fee pages were re-read on 2026-10-15. FROM JAPAN's 500 yen handling fee remains the figure re-read the same day. White Rabbit Express buyer fees and DHL rates stay blank.
- Missing schedules stay null. They are not filled with guesses.
- Weight presets are unsourced placeholders so the form can run before a parcel is weighed.
