Dataset 2026-10-15.3. Research extract dated 2026-10-15. EMS, Japan Post letter and parcel tables, and the Buyee, ZenMarket, Neokyo, Tenso, and FROM JAPAN fee pages were re-read on 2026-10-15. DHL and White Rabbit buyer fees stay blank.
EMS list rates were re-read from the Japan Post HTML table on 2026-10-15, through 30 kg for all five zones. The same page says zones 3 and 4 include a tentative extra charge. The published amounts already include it.
Air, SAL, and surface small-packet rates, and air, SAL, and surface parcel rates, were re-read the same day from the Japan Post zone pages.
EMS zones for the stored countries were re-read from the Japan Post EMS country list on 2026-10-15. Each stored country is named there.
Buyee, ZenMarket, Neokyo, and Tenso fee pages were re-read on 2026-10-15. FROM JAPAN's 500 yen handling fee remains the figure re-read the same day. White Rabbit Express buyer fees and DHL rates stay blank.
Missing schedules stay null. They are not filled with guesses.
Weight presets are unsourced placeholders so the form can run before a parcel is weighed.
EMS
Revision date recorded for the transcribed table: 2026-06-01.
- EMS rates were re-read on 2026-10-15 from the Japan Post HTML rate table. Every band from 500 g through 30 kg is stored, for all five zones.
- The 1 kg amounts previously stored as an unlabeled mapping match this table: zone 1 is 2200, zone 2 is 3150, zone 3 is 4400, zone 4 is 5300. Zone 5 at 1 kg is 5100.
- The revision date 2026-06-01 is the date already recorded for this table. The HTML re-read did not print that date in the page text.
- The same HTML says that for zones 3 and 4, tentative extra charges are included, and links a Japanese PDF. The published yen amounts already include that charge. Nothing is added on top. The PDF was not transcribed.
- Zone 4's description on the rate page is U.S. (including Guam and other U.S. territories). The country list, re-read the same day, limits the US row. This dataset still has one country row for the US code.
Small packet
- Airmail small packet only, re-read on 2026-10-15 from table t1-5 on the five Japan Post letter-post zone pages. SAL small packet is t3-2 and surface small packet is t2-4 on those same pages, stored separately.
- The service page says the maximum weight is 2 kg, small packets are not recorded, and registered handling ended on 2025-12-31.
- Only China, South Korea, Taiwan, and the United States are named in the small-packet zone headings stored here. Other countries use the EMS country-list zone, so this rate is uncertain even when that zone is named.
